New camera support

Hi

Please find attached output for my Nikon D5600 camera which isn't currently on the supported cameras list.

$lsusb

Bus 003 Device 021: ID 04b0:043f Nikon Corp. 

$gphoto2 --auto-detect

Model                          Port

USB PTP Class Camera           usb:003,021

$gphoto2 --capture-image

Thanks for the report!

This is weird though. Is the SD card insert? Does it work without?

Can you get a --debug --debug-logfile=xx.log --capture-image   trace?
